1. The machine connects to PC normaly, seem not problem on the BachinDraw software.
2. The machine don't moves, pen up or down.

TA4 can connect to PC without power on. We check whether the machine is powered up. (See Additional)

This is the power switch button on TA4. It should light up when it was pressed. If not blue light, try press it.

If the button don't light up what ever you press it. We should check the power supply. You may not have the equipment. You can try to check all the sockets.If you have another 12V power supply, you can also try changing it.

If the power supply is good. We consider maybe the power switch was broken. We can short the circuit of the switch, making the power switch useless, the machine always power on. This operation requires some electrical knowledge and may seek help from friends.

I simply dealt with it. I used a pair of scissors to cut the wires and connect two of them together.

There is a POWER LED on the control board, showing the control board is powered on or not.
